Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Program too big to fit in memory

When I\'m running file PlaneShiftV0.2.010.exe at first time, im getting this error:
Program too big to fit in memory
My comp is:
800 celeron; GF4 MX 128DDRAM; 128MB DIMM;
Win XP; free hard disk space: 20 gb.

What must I do ?
