you can get it even more low polygon if you want.

take one box for the seat and legs and another, small box for the back of the chair.

then you have 12 Polygon. the bottom polygon of the chairs back is not really needed, so 11 Polygon.

Everything else is texture. partly transparent texture.

You could use this for the LOD. if you\'re far away, you display only these boxes and when you get closer, you show more

Ok, you have your /mute now :P

Furthermore, you have /teleport.

Seperot would use it like /teleport moogie. So he spawns at the same place where moogie is. (nice example)

The GMs need my mods in order to use the new commands.

No, you would have to implement a /ignore on the server. Just kick the person, then he\'s muted as well.

Yes, might be possible.
I store the text of the last message and check if it\'s the same as the new message.

I don\'t like content filtering. IMHO, part of freedom of speak is the freedom to use the words you like. Have you read George Orwell\'s 1984?

You can update your mirror. :D

I just uploaded new planeshift-bin-ps.rar and planeshift-src.rar.

It contains mainly the client part of the /kick stuff. But you won\'t see it ingame unless you have the right to see it. :P

I sent the server part to venge and acraig.

There is not permanent ban. All you can is kick and warn players. Simply kick the player again if he starts to griefing and spamming.

Another point about kicking: Zetsumei :P
A mmoRPg is about RolePlay. Don\'t kick someone just because he choses to play the bad guy ingame. Make sure they really spam and warn them first.

btw, the /warn and /kick is anonymous. You only see that a GM warned you or kicked you, but you do not see the GM\'s name.
However it will be obvious who kicked you since they\'ll most likely warn you through chat first.

I think kick should be enough. :)

Maybe an Admin Warning should be included as well, so you could /warn guest and if he keeps doing what ever he was doing /kick guest.

Well, it is, just press M again :D

1: First Person View
2: Free View (you can move the camera freely around your character)
3: 3rd Person View: The Camera turns as your character turns.

Mundus:

You can switch with TAB between the chat and the game. Sometimes you have to press it twice to work.

Target window: It shows the person you targeted (right click to target a character)

Running speed: hmm, concerning your other questions, did you press shift :P

New Release.

Now you have a spawn key.

Press R to Respawn.

It\'s handy if you\'re stuck in a cloud of lag and can\'t type.

ps: the /buddy give thingy works again. just so everyone knows. I still see pll droping and picking crystals

Ok, you wanna masked passwords? You can have it :D

in the planeshift.cfg I added, there is a line :
> Planeshift.Connection.HidePW = 0
If you set it to 0, the password will be stored.
If you set it to 1, the password will NOT be stored.
should you deciede to use 1, make sure you delete the Planeshift.Connection.Password, otherwise your password is still in the configfile.

The password will be masked. No matter what you set.

eh, I guess you should know the URLs by now...

You have a file called psmacro.cfg in PlaneShift folder.
Here you can define Macros.
Planeshift.Makro.sellmug = /auction I wanna sell my mug
to execute the Macro in PlaneShift, type #sellmug

I predefined #1 and #test

Since I only change the planeshift files and not the CS or CEL files, you don\'t need to download them again and again.

what do you guys need a built-in radar map for?

Don\'t you have some sense of orientation?

Of course you get lost at first, but after some time, when you\'re familiar with aplace, you know where things are. Or ask someone for directions :D

It\'s like with the dungeon in MB. Everyone got lost the first time. Some asked, some spawned and some seeked on their own untill they found the exit.

It would be cool if you could buy a paper map. Just a piece of paper. It shouldn\'t show you your current position.
Look at the surrounding (roads, rivers, mountains, etc) and try to figure your location out.
Maybe you could afford a compass to see where North is.

And direction signs would be nice. Maybe even a big placard with a map and your current position. Such a placard could be in a common place, like the plaza in MB where the statue is.

So you\'d need a sense of orientation in order to find your way through the map.

You could hire a guide or if you\'re familiar with a place, you can act as a guide yourself and gain some money.

that\'s what i\'d love to see :D and not some kind of cyber-GPS-radar map in the corner of the screen.

well, there are kids, there are teenagers, jung adults, mid-aged adults and elder ones.

It\'s not like *poof*, your 18 now, your an adult. One day ago you were a child, now your a full grown adult...

It doesn\'t matter if other races age faster or slower, it\'s just like .... proportional to their life.

now to display a sprite for the different age, you\'d have to set several key ages. in which ppl look similar.

I thought of these 5 ages: 10-16, 16-25, 25-40, 40-60, >60

MouseLook:

look in the psclient.cfg file. there is a line like that:

MouseDriver.MouseSensivity = 1.0

Did you try to change that?
