OK you understand that this is an alpha release right, I mean you said you did, and since you obviously must know what you are doing since you are learning how to become a programmer then you should understand what that means and what that entails.
Many many times when you release something at this state there will be bugs that are not found in testing. When you test in a smaller amount of scenarios there are things that will happen that you just don\'t foresee. That is what alpha releases and beta releases are for. You get a larger group testing, and finding bugs for you, so you can fix them. At least give them some time to get all the information as to what is happening and why and I am sure they will address it.
