I saw that in the game when you say something everyone can hear it...
Well I have a better idea for this:
There should be 3 speaking methods:
whispering: using a /w before what you want to whisper (or something like that),only ppl who are in a range of let\'s say 3 feet from the one who whispers hear his whisper. And let\'ssay 3-5 feet away from him will hear only part of his whisper.

Regular: you just write it normal and ppl that are within range of let\'s say 15 feet from will hear you, and 15-25 will hear part of it.

Shouting: using a /s before what you want to shout, ppl within a range of 90 feet from you will hear and 90-140 will hear part of your shout.

Part means that just some of the letter will show up...
