i have been making up names now for 45 minutes. i even tried \"Mikonivitz\". and the program still tells me that name is already taken. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

i am trying to create a new character but every time i type in a name it tells me that name already exists. i have tried at least 30 names. please help.
