Most of the girl\'s I\'ve met think games are things for nerds and they don\'t like them. I know one that likes to play The Sims and a few others that play online flash games to burn time, but for the most part I don\'t think women like video games as much as men, and that\'s why the market is that way. Sure there\'re a couple, but they\'re the minority.

Of course, I am basing this on that they don\'t like to play the FPS and RTS games that guys usually play, so maybe if there are more girly games being made then there will be more girl gamers. Whatever.

Right now I have a 1991 Mazda MX6 LX which I\'ve rebuilt from the ground up. Engine rebuild, brake rebuild, suspension... you name it, I\'ve done it (err except body work I guess because that\'s too expensive for me). It has about 175k miles on it right now, and not a speck of rice. Whenever I save up enough money and find some room I want to buy a beat up 68 Mustang Fastback and that\'ll be my spare time/money project for the following few years.

This is almost true. A more accurate explanation would be that the first drive (drive could mean harddrive or cdrom) on the first IDE channel is hda, and the second drive on the first IDE channel is hdb, and so on. So the first drive on the second IDE channel is hdc, and on the third channel is hde. Partitions are denoted by a number following one of those (eg: First partition on the first drive on the first IDE channel is hda1, third partition is hda3).

It seems kinda crazy but it\'s way more useful and informative than the letter numbering scheme of A: C: D: etc...

You\'re probably going to have more problems with Linux than Windows, unless you\'re the kind of person that likes that sort of stuff (so they wont really be considered \"problems\"). My Linux box breaks daily, but I use it because I love to tinker with stuff. That being said I haven\'t had Windows on my computers for the past 4-5 years, and it\'s been one aggrivating but fun ride.

I got a few -

A pirate walked into a bar with a steering wheel in his pants. The bartender looked at him and asked \"What\'s with the steering wheel?\" The pirate replied \"Argggg it\'s drivin\' me nuts.\"

A jumper cable walked into a bar. The bartender said \"I\'ll serve you, but don\'t start anything.\"

Two peanuts walk into a rowdy bar. One was assaulted.

Why don\'t blind people like to sky dive? It scares the dog.

What\'s The Difference Between a Bad Golfer And a Bad Skydiver? A Bad Golfer Goes, Whack, Damn! A Bad Skydiver Goes Damn! Whack.

Thank you thank you. I\'ll be here all night.

I didn\'t mean to imply that people get married in role playing games because they can\'t get dates in real life. I just thought it was kind of outlandish.

On a side note me and my friends use loser as a compliment, so when I said \"100x more loser than me\" I wasn\'t being completely derogatory. For example, we have a loser points system in which we award each other points for commiting acts of loserness (eg: ordering something online for the same price as you could get it from a store down the street, just to avoid going outside, or passing up a social event to play computer games). Didn\'t mean to offend everyone...

Roleplaying is fine but marriage? Jeez... I dunno. My friends that play EQ talk about it... I just don\'t get it. Whatever floats your boat I guess.

Wait is this a reflection of something that happened in real life, or is this merely just fantasy? If it\'s the latter then you\'re all 100x more loser than me.

Gentoo has an _awesome_ community and lots of great documentation. By far the best distro I\'ve ever used.
