Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / initializing blah blah, then i waited an hour or something and nothing

First I downloaded the game and all that, creating a character - no problems, but when i started to load it when that ititializing thing comes up it stops in initializing world. I waited for an hour or something, nothing happend, waited a little more, computer restarted.
i dont think is something with my video card or something like
that but if it is i can whrite another letter with that.
pls help me!
