see i cant remember where to go to set a password but i remember what my password is ok im putting it in and it says...user id and password were not correct

when i saved the thing onto my comp i try to open it and it says \"windows cannot open, open this file\" and it then says something about it dosnt know what program the file needs to be able to open it...errr yeah got that down right...i hope

erm see i have a windows xp with a pentium 4 processor and im not sure how much MB or RAM it has so u know i wanna play but not screw my comp up...so can yall tell me how to check?
