Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / hellppp!!!!

i have download the game, after install it, and create character all this is okay... :D but here come the troubles. First off all when i upload my character it\'s block on initialize Character. I press alt+F4 after i\'ve connected with my character and it\'s blocked at loading world
