yeah.  i\'m definitely down with the silence.  voices coming from nowhere is too much like real life.

if you think about it, we\'re adding to the realism of the game.  as the game is simple, so is early society.  we\'re just the few who decide to band together before it\'s really important so we already have a community when the game really takes off.

...least that\'s the way i see it.

yeah.  mmorpgs are on the decline.  we\'ll see their prices go up a little after all the sequels come out, then work their way down until they\'re all free.

i took after him and read all the newb stuff.  hooray for him... and other newbs who don\'t go into the game and spend hours asking questions and lagging out my crappy computer.

In everquest when stuff is far away it\'s quality goes down, because you can\'t see it that well anyway.  it cuts down on lag in open areas.

sorry if i compare this game to everquest, i\'v just been playing it for quite a few years.
