Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Download file!

I was trying to download the run_me_first.bat but nothing! It apears a box with the text retrieving file, but nothing! What can i do? If someone is nice to send me the file i will be grate full! My e-mail is tantalau2002@yahoo.com!
