Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / game crash

i have install the game, make start the psclient.exe, create a pg, then i write a pass and the server ip, but when i click on \"upload\" the game don\'t start and crash.
what must i do?

amd 800
geforce GTS with last driver
ram 384
