Yeah i agree that something needs to be done too. Im not a big player of these sorts of games to begin with so my questing ability probably isnt as good as others on here but i find it very hard to do the quests. On the lamp oil quest for the librarian (which i lost 200 tria on aswell :( ) I actually talked to the guy who has the falka but i didnt know the exact phrase to use and so thought i was just talking to the wrong person. I then asked another player if he could point me in the right direction and he kindly told me who i was supposed to be talking to but even then i dont know if i could have got the phrase on my own. It just seems that the speaking to NPCs is very contrived (is that the right word?)  at the moment.

Using the system Miya propsed probably would make the quests easier but it would probably make them more fun aswell.

One time i killed a rat and instead of dying it just ran off into the wall and dissapeared. That was hilarious.

the problem is you specs are just too far below the minimum for the game:

# GeForce 2 or higher 3D graphics card
# 1 Ghz CPU
# 512 MB RAM
# 1 GB free disk space

And unfortunaly i dont think any sort of software is going to help that :( you can only get a new computer :)

this has happened to me to, The problem seems to be that when the client starts up  you spawn either just below the floor or the colision detection doesnt work so you fall through and out the bottom of the map. Once when it happened to me the renderer was actually drawing stuff so i could see the map going upwards as I fell.

ive got 512kbps but our provider (telewest just upgrade all their broadband connections to 50% faster for free so now i have 768kbps (90KBps download speed) :D

on topic it would probably cut their audience but since its free they will still have a large audience. also im guessing that must of the MMO fan base will have fast connections because of use of previous games (could/probably be wrong though :) ).
