Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / HELP my memmory cant read!!!

HELP!!!!
sometimes when i try to connect to the server it simply dumps me for no reason and other times it starts to initialize the game but then Windows displayes a gray window telling me that there is a program error in psclient.exe.... and something about some memmory errors... then finaly that my memmory cant read.


Whats wrong???? i have 512 DDR ram
