Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / MSVCP70.DLL dont work

Hi,
If I want to start Planeshift, it says MSVCP70.DLL is linked with the absence data of \"export-MSVCP70.DLL:job_func\". I downloadet MSVCP70.DLL and copied it in the location C:\\windows\\system i dont have nt and it dont works if i copy it in the winnt\\system32 dir. what should i do? i got win98
