just made my own export/import for gmax so i tried to get it into max instead and heres the result :)


it could be cool if i had the specs for the cal3d format i probably could do a exporter for that to then

i already had exported it to a 3ds so lucky me :)

ok heres a quick start on the skin and ill continue on the body tomorrow but now i need some sleep

it already has a skeleton but i don\'t know if gmax will be able to export to that format :\\
but if it works with milkshape then its good to go :)
and my animations always suck but if anyone else wants to animate just tell me
*wanders off to find a exporter in my closet*

just finished the uvs and did a quick rig for it

heres 2 pics for size



Fhinias: try Deep Exploration its quite good for viewing models when skinning as it reloads the skin if the file has been changed

and heres the model+skinbase im probably gonna do a skin myself if i get the time for it

hi longtime no see i have been quite busy with the rkr mod for a while now but heres one thing that i have made and have no idea on what to use it for

4104tris it might seam huge but this thing is supposed to be absolutly HUGE

well if you need a more detailed explenation of uvw mapping i found this tutorial that seamed quite good.

the texture still needs some work but that would have made the avi waaay to big

well the codec is MS MPEG-4 3688 V3 but i thought that was one of the codecs included in the mediaplayer or maybe its was included my dvdplayer :\\

i tried to work with editeble poly before but the version that is included in gmax had to many flaws according to me atleast and the symetry modifier is missing and must have been added in max 5-6 and yeah i could have changed the color of the background but i guess i was to lazy to do that
oh and thanks for the zeroing out tip  :)
