Meaning: we take many paths, and will not overlook what is in the darkness which we may benefit from.

Let not your foot fall on cliffs unseen, for the abyss is deep and dark. Let not your mind play tricks on your heart, the two will surely part.
Meaning:  we will not leap before we look, nor let our heart lead us.

Darkness is but a shadow created by the light, one quick move and the face is seen, ner more to stay the night.
Meaning:  If we reveal our tactics, our strategies may be lost.

Judge not the path ahead, but the tracks left in wake, for the path ahead may fool you, but not the moves you make.
Meaning:  Dont judge us on what you see, but for what we do.

So, you see M\'Lord, the scribe pretained to us, not to DE.

Hey Phinehas!!!!!  Welcome back M\'Lord.  And yes, I do remember you.  Hope you are good, and thanks for the grats.  As for Harvey, yea, he\'ll do for now...rofl...he gon hurt me bad when he sees that...chuckles...jk, and again welcome back....

Well guys, I wish I could give you a witty or symbolic reason that the rose is red on the logo, but the truth of the matter is, ya just cant see a black rose on a black background.  We\'ll be making many changes as time allows, and I wanted to concentrate more on our content then the logo for the moment.  Impressive looking sites are nice eye candy, but our backbone is what I felt folks would really want to know about.  And, ummm, feel free to make us one, hehe, we need all the help we can get.  Thanks everyone for your imput, our eyes and ears are always open.

To follow up, yes there are living Black Roses, and yes, they signify death.  In medieval times they often were a symbol for assassins.  While symbolic for evil, they are also beautiful, and signify mystery.  With the thorns removed, they signify virginity.  Hence, pure but deadly.  They can represent both, depending on how they are presented to you.  

We hope to be adding a skins link on the site. Mithrial, once a member of the Maidens, and who is dead now (poor girl), designed a Maidens uniform for us, and Harvey designed one for the Knights.  Unfortunately only one race is completed for both.  When all are done we will add it.  They look kool......
