this could be on a software firewall(norton, pc cillin and other antivirus have these built in, as well as xp) or it could be on the device u r using to connect (such as adsl modems,etc.) ,also it is very rare but some isp\'s block ports to protect form trojans, ping attacks etc,  u might try checking ur isp\'s website for info

if u cant/don;t know how to open ports, u could just disable it ( i believe many users using windows xp, especially dialups, will have their internet connection firewall on,

is the game xtremly laggy or is it just me,

i have tried the game on different resolutions,(it works on some games with the frames and stuff, this also was annoying because of the half an hour intializing for each different one,) and it seems to have no effect

please help me out,

like this i can barely move one step, let alone play
