Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Blue Screen Crash in XP

I downloaded the files combined them , installed game updated , created char. entered game it went from window to full screen and at that moment crahed to a blue screen giving me a system halted memory parity error.

any help would be great thanks.
