Well lets see... YES! I was right! The news does say that the mac testers sre full. Try checking that next time. Its usefull.

Well no, not really.
My assumption is:
He sent the mail to devs about mac testing and became one of testers. Maybe he was supposed to make account on forums so he made it. And posted about the testing after that. And after a week the thread got bumped... I have no idea why...
