Question about Ranged characters. useing bows.

Ok i think there are no bows in the game which is fine and all but i have a question w./ how the skill system would work// For example as an elf/ Nolthrir- if using a bow (in the future) would the skill say like fire aroow or ice arrow ( if there is to be such a thing) just keep re-casting as the guy shot the arrows? i dono im just wondering.

Also another question is.. would it be neccessary for the Blue way of magic be high for that char? i mean anyone think it would be a good idea? Cause im depating this and in the character discription it said that they use water and stuff (Blue way) . So basically i would like to know if it is even a good idea to raise the blue way of magic on the character creation thing. I figured a way for it to be around rank 6 and stuff but i just dont know.. I would love it if someone who is gonna be a ranger adds their thoghts to this.. this is my ending stats

PS: ON THE JOBS.. THE LAANxE WAY OF MAGIC ( say LAANXE PRIEST.. takes onlyl 16) but Talad PRIEST takes 27!!?? WTF IS WRONGE w./ that shouldnt they be the same?
