It just crashed

When i open plane shift and it completely open to the screen at which you log in, and you click the quit button it crashes.  Also if you are loged in and click on the button with the ax on it it crashes again but this time it will not open and i must reinstall planeshift in order to even get it to open. it also told me to email you a file which i have done.  Please help.

P.S. i still have the file if you would like it again.

It doesn\'t seem to be the problem with de C00...05  error, but anyway try to disable the sound in the options, also if you haven\'t done so, run the Updater
