Problem running setup and the game as well

Whenever I try to open it a popup comes up that says the aplication failed to start because MSVCR70.dll was not found. And a dos window appears that reads

[LoadLibraryEx(C:\\Program Files\\PlaneShift Crystal Blue\\vfs.dll) error 126: The
 specified module could not be found.
WARNING: could not load plugin \'crystalspace.kernel.vfs\'
Couldn\'t load VFS plugin \"crystalspace.kernel.vfs\"!
ERROR: csInitializer::SetupConfigManager failed!
Is your CRYSTAL environment variable set?

Anyone else got this problem? Know what to do? Any help will be appreciated.... thx in advance

how did u fix it??? i thought id fixed my problem but the game wont play still... plz say :)
