How do I make a new Character???????!??!?!?!?!

How would I make a new character? I forgot my old character\'s account name and password so...=P.
I also have another question, what do u put in the first box when u open Planeshift???

creat an account on the planeshift website. Then use that account to log on with the client and press the new chracter button at the character selection screen. If someone else would like to post direct links that would be nice but im too lazy to do so myself
