i belive i\'m a level 4, assuming you start at level one that is.

and btw, if there is anyway to check for sure, please tell me :(

There is no level in PS. There is only skills.
You can check skills through the anvil icon (most right icon)

You are gaining Progression Points that will allow you to train your skill. Between 4 and 18 PP are required to train the theorical part of the skill (then you still have the practice)

I suggest you to read the player guide for a more detailed explanation.
