ok um i might have posted in the wrong area so i will start again...i am TRYING to get my old account and character...in the process i have made 2 new accounts to try and get it but in the process everytime i tried to follow your directions it would not give me my character...i need help in deleting my 2 new accounts and making a new one and get my old character back...please i want her back but i can\'t do it if someone doesn\'t listen or help me because someone is going to have to tell me how my last 2 accounts are supposed to be deleted...someone answer me and i will send account info so they may be deleted and we can get on with playing...and having my old character back....please someone has got to know how to do it..so please answer this post!

Dont worry there is a database wipe soon so you will be able to try again

ok..well how and when?..how do i know it doesn\'t wipe my old characters?...i mean i have 2 accounts now with no use and in most other games you can easily delete an account without haveing to wait for a database wipe...why is it so hard to delete accidental accounts?i mean i don\'t wanna wait 4 or more weeks for them to wipe my accounts...then of course if the first 2 accounts get deleted then how the heck do i get my old account especially when my old account\'s email does not match my new one?i\'m also haveing the same problem here on this forum..i might have had an account on here cause every time i tried to make a new account here on the forums it said my email was invalid as though my account was already on here but i don\'t remember the login name or password anymore...how the heck you delete that kind of account on this forum too?..i\'m getting tired of not being able to not update my personal info for my accounts to work right...it\'s something i really would like the gms and designers of this game to REALLY think about doing cause it is driving me nuts not being able to utilize such options in such programs...

Then learn how to follow instructions properly.

You need to have reserved your MB character.
Used the same email to create a CB account.
Validate the CB account.
Log in with this single email address that you used for both processes.
Create a character with the exact same name as the one in MB.


Obviously you would fail if you tried it on a new account- since you would need a new email address to do that. And, like I said, the emails MUST be the same.



Deleting characters and accounts requires access to the database- meaning only admins can do it. And they have far better things to be doing than removing dead accounts from people who just can\'t get it right.

I DID...course that was before i found out the account was on my older email which i do not have access to anymore...MEANING my info is OUT OF DATE....i\'m trying to get this accross to those reading this so you guys can use that info to try to help me get my character back...if admins were so busy with other things then they should have thought of letting players have access to their account info to change and update and also delete when and where they saw fit...ANYWAY...i need help to get my character, i need to know how to get the 2 new accounts deleted so i may also have access to the name of the character again as well, since i kept getting a response saying the name had already been used...if i need an admin then please contact an admin...PLEASE? I need help and i need it soon?

How can your email be out of date so soon? The migration took place only a month ago, so one\'d think you\'d have an account for long-term use, especially since the migration instructions told that this email will be used for the CB account?

So from what I see,
- you failed to migrate properly and thus
- your char\'s name subsequently has been taken by someone else, therefore
- there is no way for you to get it back now.

#1 i haven\'t played for a while since the day i saw the warning on the website explaining the new version of the program was comming out
#2 my computer crashed several times and i didn\'t install the old program cause when i did check the website it had the warning about the new program version
#3 for about a year i haven\'t had the email it is my mom\'s since now i had my own internet connection and account...
#4 when i got the new program i didn\'t know what to do so before i installed and did anything else i went to the website and read what they had on making a new account to get my old account back.
#5 wasn\'t sure that my old account was under the old email still until i made the new account using my new email and i couldn\'t get my old character back.
#6 made another new account and even tried using the old email to get the character but since i used the same name for the first new account, i could not get the character cause it was already on the first new account
(Following me yet? i have been saying this in all my messages so far)
#7 no one else that plays does not have my email or character name nor password so no one else can take my character in the first place.
#8 YES I CAN GET IT BACK! but i need a gm to deal with the database and delete the 2 new accounts i made in the first place before i can try again to get my old character again.
LIKE I SAID MANY TIMES NOW AND BEFORE, i need a gm who can take less than an ahour i am sure to let me give my info to and delete the 2 new accounts so i can get the old one back....SO ATTENTION GMS AND ADMINS! please reply and please help me fix this mess...plus i am a little miffed at why the game is so much more trouble now compared to before you made this new version especially when the old one was more stable and i could have better selection for the cat characters...anyway...again i am trying to address the gms and admins to help..i know you guys can help so please answer to my post...it will be greatly appreciated...
