Iv\'e downloaded CrystaL Blue twice, and installed it on desktop. several times. Every time I try to get started, buy clicking on icon it asks me to install, which I do. When I click finished screen goes blank and returnes me to desktop where I need to start over. Icant even get to first page to create charecter, what am I doing wrong.
