I was just thinking. If you are out on the street and you are completly naked. Can you be arrested by police. What happens in you are drunk or under the influence of drugs or your drink has been spiked with some silly drug and you can\'t control yourself and you take your clothes off and walk outside and take a walk. If you were a female, would and male officer be able to arrest you. If you were male, would a female officer be able to arrest you. Is there even a law refering to this scenerio? Can some lawyer, law student, Judge, anyone tell me if you can be arrested.

Oooohh If your wondering what made me ask this question, well I am drunk and walking around the street naked. JUST KIDING LOL.

yea well when we where having a one too manu night my friend wound up loosing his clothes. lol.

yes you can and will get arrested for being naked. ive seen a woman on tv getting arested by male police. they just wrap them up in blankets.

Say you are homeless and have no income whatsoever. Then you should be able to get naked, walk the town, get blankets and sell them...

Even then you will still be arrested and charged with indecency.  If your under the influence..where I come from you will be given an Anti Social Behaviour Order...which means that you cant go near the place you were arrested.  You may also be charged with disturbing of the peace (I know, but you have to think about those people wh have too much decency in them.  In fact enough for everyone).

A male officer would be able to arrest you if there are sufficeint witnesses to back him up.  Even then they will still try to \'escort\' you to the station where they will question you about your current mental condition, of course with the help of a psychologist there to make sure you dont go mental.

Just thinking obviously, I would never do anything like that(ever ;).

I was just wondering that like I wonder everything else in this world. What if the police officer that arrested like joked about you at the time, Pysically abused them something like that? It didn\'t come to me that you can get arrested for indesency. But you don\'t know how many people around the world that go to a party end up drunk walking the streets with nothing on. Sometimes I just wonder what the world is coming to, Armagedon lol. Sorry those who have been offended by this subject but I just had to know what would happen, I\'m a learning person :)
