i cannot get the information box up i did what the advisors said and it still didnt come up and he said it was an uknowhan bug what could you do to fix it

What do you mean by \"the information window cannot get up\"? You mean the window where you can see HP, exp, etc remains translucent or you can\'t see it at all?
Also, what did you already try to fix the problem?
