Help Super Lag Why?

I am running on this system:
p3 825mhz (Over clocked from 750)
Geforce FX5200 128mb
312mb ram
1024, 768 (High Colour 16 bit)
Cable, Broadband Internet

This is my first time so I was wondering whether to change any settings and how?

Play with your graphics settings. Your comp specs arn\'t exactly top-notch, so you\'ll do better with a lower resolution and perhaps lower colourdepth. Try also with Sound = off.
