Put Newbie forum at the TOP of the list

It\'ll help cut down on n00bs like me flooding out the useful forums with posts like \"WHY CAN\'T I UPDATE?\" and \"ITS BROKEN (no details)\".

It\'s been that way before and it didn\'t cut down on spam in the least bit. Thanks for the advice but it honestly wouldn\'t change anything. In other news, it isn\'t quite that bad anyways. Considering the forum activity has more than doubled and sometimes trippled, the forums are actually looking quite spam free.

Or you could just not flood the forums in the first place. It\'s your fault you don\'t read, not ours. :)
