Logging in problem

Yea, im rying to log onto the game for the first time, and it says:  The server is not running or is not reachable.  Please check the website or forums for more info.


What is this?  whats going on.  All i want to do is try this game out and it wont even let me on.  Sigh.

the developers are updating the server and so it\'s down for a little while

I figured as much as the server seemed to be a bit shaky when I was uploading my first char.  Where do we get current server updates?

Normally if the server is down for an extended period then there will be a notice on laanx.fragnetics.com.  In tonights case I was doing a bit of work and it was taking a bit longer then I had thought.

Ok, sorry i didnt know.  I have never played thsi game before.  What is it like?  whats the objective?

There is no real objective. Games like planeshift are very open and leave a lot of stuff to your imagination.
Make a character that you want to be, practice your skills and abilities, interact with other players and NPCs according to the personality you want to give your character, join a guild that suits your character, etc. :)

i cannot get in the game now, and i was a harcore player from mb and now cb, but now i cant get in, it says  \" you are not running the correct version of planeshift for this server\" and i have cb i was playing it like.. nonstop and now i woke up to play and now this, anyway to fix it?

kajeek is the name dont wear it out... well that is if you could wear it out....... planeshift isnt working!!!!!!!! well for me.... because once i figure cb out, its cannot work anymore and even if it was back to right befor it wasnt working it wold be all glitchy! grrr...

Updater won\'t help if it\'s Linux version of the game. It\'s just buggy, You have to wait.
