Keep falling down?
« on: January 30, 2005, 10:04:04 am »
I just created 2 characters, they start out at Hydlaa plaza. But when I walk for a few steps, the client hangs, and when I log back in, it says that I\'ve fallen off the edge of the world and I\'m dead. I\'m then in some dark cave, and whenever I try to get out, I come to a doorway with something that looks like a gray walkway going to the right. When I try to walk on that, I fall down again and I\'m back to square one.

So two questions:
1) Who designed Hydlaa Plaza so that there\'s cracks in the middle of the plazaa that lead down to the underworld? :|
2) How do I get out there again?

Well, I have searched the forums and found a few explanations, but no real workaround... I mean, sure, I can exit after fighting to get the server to save my new status, but how do I get to the sewers in the first place, if I fall through the floor after 5 steps anyway?

hmm ?( ... well first of all make sure...

1) youve updated planeshift to newest version

2) all of your drivers are up to date

3) and that your system can actually run it(while i know there are no real standards heres what i run it with: )

666 mhz pentium 3, nVidia GeForce 4 128 mb, 512 sdram
(almost forgot i run it with no real problems with this system unless you count long load times)

and finally i suggest you attempt a more thourogh search of the forums as im almost positive their was a more difinitive solution to the problem posted somewhere ;)
