Character creation

ok this is a bug a freind asked me to put up in the forums whenever he tries to create a character without using the paths ie from scratch once he reaches the screen where you do all your mothers/fathers stuff nad select your religion none of the selections show up...any ideas?

also i did search the forums but after putting \"character creation bug\" into the search option gave up after an hour or two sorry if this is a repeat

thats what i told him to do...and he said it still didnt work....

so either hes an idiot(highly possible) or it isnt the same thing  :(
