problem in character creation HELP

ok im useing a mac btw.....anyway i create my dude and i get to the validation screen and it says \"you have not selected a race\" anyone know what the deal is? also the letters look all messed up like they are doubled up on eachother.....help plz

im not sure as to what you should specifically do...

however i do beleive i this was mentioned in another thread...search the forums and see what you come up with...
