encountered a problem

hi i recently got ps and i went 2 update it wen it had finished updateing and tryed 2 load the game all i got was this error msg: psclient.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience. what do i need 2 do 2 get the game workin? if any1 can help i wud b greatfull thx

Throw us a bone here, give us some sort of infomation to work on. Start with your system specs and tell us if you\'ve got all the latest drivers for your graphics card and whatnot.

I Know what you talking about it has to do with the target your ps up dater is in.
