Since its creation, the brotherhood (a long time ago by someone who went went away to accuse the ones who stayed to be inactive) we used ranks as vocations instead of hierachy. This will remain our goal.
We decided to open recruiting to less experienced fighters, offering to share our knowledge before they chose the way they will fight evil, according to their history and the skills they decide to train.
Here are the new vocations avaliable:
Legend: The legendary Defenders are most respected members of the brotherhood. Their work and devotion to the brotherhood and Yliakum made them earn the respect of everyone. They fear no evil and are the keepers of the spirit of the Defenders brotherhood. A legend can talk in the name of the brothers and sisters who have trust in their wisdom.
Knight: Always ready to use strenght when needed, Knights are strong warriors. Weapons crafting has no secret for them. They won\'t be affraid to face evil at any cost to protect the people of Yliakum. If they have to cross the death realm to achieve their duties, it will be fearless.
Archer: Mastering the crafting and use of ranged weapons, archers are ready to give support to anyone facing evil forces.
Paladin: The holy warriors. Besides fighting with weapons, Paladins can also cast various spells, mostly based on Crystal and Blue Way. Usually Paladins have blessed armour and weapons. They use their might and wisdom to hunt and destroy evil.
Battle Mage: Using magic to attack and slay evil, Battle Mages can cast various spells that will inflict massive damage to our foes. They are very valuable on battlefield and can bring fear into minds of enemy warriors.
Healer: Using magic and potions, Healers are concentrating on Crystal and Blue Way. They have the power to heal wounds and cure from poison. Using their knwoledge, they will help those that are suffering from pain.
Arcane seeker: Exploring and venturing in Yliakum to gather knowledge, The Arcane seekers are experts in using glyphs. They will share their discoveries with the brotherhood and use them when needed.
Mentor: Helping newcomers in need for guidance, Mentors are sharing their wisdom with anyone ready to learn how to become a better person. They will use peaceful times to train with apprentices. And in times of troubles they will join the fights. Mentors are able to detect the potential of newcomers and evaluate the skills of apprentices.
Apprentice: Still unaware of all the dangers and traps of Yliakum, apprentices are taking advantage of the knowledge of mentors and other members. They won\'t fear evil and learn the ways to fight it before chosing a vocation.
So, if your choice is to live in a peaceful Yliakum and ready to fight to protect this peace against all the faces of evil, we will help you to become a skilled apprentice until the day you will be able to defend good people.
