Hopfully new problem

I hope Im not repeating any thing but I have a problem with the game were all the sudden a window pops up and says:
Something unexpected happened in Planeshift: Crystal blue exception at address: (address) Ecepption code: (exception code)
Would you like to save diagnostic file? yes No

Save dumb file to (file location on my computer)

Please email this file to Planeshift with details on how this happened if you have concerns with privacy.....(nothiung important)

Then it closes the game. Any suggestions?

Try turning off sound - 99% of crashes in Planeshift are due to sound.

If that doesn\'t stop the crashing, create a new bug for the crash on the tracker (in forum description) and attach the dump file.
