Only \"special\" people get to have avatars, such as Dev\'s and Moderators.  Us normal folk can\'t use them, sadly.

What exactly do you do in the team? As long as it don\'t include coding/scripting/de-bugging and other tech stuff that normal people don\'t understand I\'d love to join -.-
