Server FAIL

Ok i\'m new and i got the game up and running but everytime i try to log on it says FAIL on the servers. I think I got everything right because all the stuff is there (I think) and im in the game it just wont go on the server. If anyone can please respond to me.

Look at the banner, then look directly below it and tell me what the big letters in red say.
