Ok iI figured it out. The guy hid it in a stat calculator download on another forum. He was totally unprofessional and was using a common kylogger that like every virus scanner would catch.
 The ip I got was not his but the email address was. It was just some spyware I got rid of.

I\'m talking to the forums admin to see if I could get his ip from him. Im going to get his ip, trace it, and call his isp. I\'m gonna make sure this guy isn\'t going to even consider hacking again.

And depth he went into my guildwars account and my mail, so I wouldn\'t be surprised if he came here.

Efflixi: ARIN WHOIS once you get the IP.

That gives you the provider. I\'d log date/time and the IP you got to give to the ISP. That way they can figure out who was using that IP at the time.

I sent a pm to the other forums admin and I\'m waiting for a response.
I don\'t really want to get into a lawsuit with this guy because I would probably have my comp searched, which wouldn\'t be pretty. *cough* I may have bearshare and over 500 songs *cough*
