Game Crashes to Menu Bar right befor load ends!

when im log in, click my char, then loads right before the blue bar is about to finish loading the menu bar pops up at the bottom and the game is not responding...what should i do...i hope its not because of low memory though or something

I have the same problem. But I tried to start the game many times and it eventually started. Sometimes I have to start it ten times but sometimes three is enough. It is sadly  but this game is worth it.
