turnin the sound off

i cant figure out a way to turn off the sound. the game is runnin mega slow, so i\'m lookin around to find out how to make it run faster. so i read somewhere that i need to turn the sound off and do some other stuff as well but i dont know wat or where or why or how so please help and dont flame. thx in advance

erm... where you installed PS is there a thing called \'pssetup\' or something like that?

theres a bunch of places where it says \"sound\" it has like sound loader, then it looks like a url or something i dunno i\'ll post\'em up

System.PlugIns.iSoundRender = crystalspace.sound.render.software

System.PlugIns.iSoundLoader.WAV = crystalspace.sound.loader.wav

System.PlugIns.iSoundLoader.OGG = crystalspace.sound.loader.ogg

System.PlugIns.iSoundLoader = crystalspace.sound.loader.multiplexer

So which one of these do i turn the sound off on?

System.PlugIns.iSoundLoader = crystalspace.sound.loader.multiplexer

You should have before each System.PlugIns a \";\"
I am not 100% sure about multiplexxer plugin, but if it doesn\'t work, remove the \";\" from that.
