Hello everyone,

As you may have seen, I\'m new to the game. I already downloaded and installed it. When I first launched it I saw the connect screen. Here is where the doubts begin to come up.

First of all, is our user name the e-mail address we used to register in the game? I was wondering because in my account activation e-mail it said \"Username: myemail@emailprovider.domain\" (not exaclty this but I guess you\'ll understand).
Next, I tried to connect (using my e-mail address as user name) and I saw only one server in the list. I\'m assuming that, currently, there is only one server where we can play PlaneShift. Is that right? And las but not least, is the Fragnetics server (the one visible in my list) up?  I tried to connect and got a message saying that the server was not running or was unreachable. I looked around the boards page and I saw no place where we could possible check if it is up.

Thank you in advance for all the help you guys can provide me and excuse my grammar and spelling errors if there are any.

EDIT: I already saw where I can post questions about the server so apoligise this thread. However, the username question stands up. What do we use to connect to the server?

You do indeed use the email address you provided as your username :)

You can check the server status at the fragnetics website. There are stats on the left. I think it should show there if the server was down.

i have the SAME problem and i still can\'t get on, it says the fragnetics server is up and everything!

do you have a firewall or anything that could be blocking internet access to the program.

The correct name of the server is \"Laanx Fragnetics\".
Did you run the updater.exe in the game directory?
That should help.
