is this a full game or just a demo ?
website reads as a full game but upon install it says tech demo ?

Server is down at the moment - I think this is readily apparent if one browses through a few of the newest threads in the forum. Give it a few hours to come back, and read through the Player Guide and forums in the meantime :) Wealth of information here!
