New race

Planetshift needs lizard race, because:

1. ALL players need characters to identify with.

2. It brings more colour in the game

3. Lizardmen look cool.

I\'m guessing really big zits on small faces look cool too -_- And last time I checked, races were decided. Done. Finished. Over. Stone. Concrete. Non-removable. the really sticky kind etc. Besides there has been a thread going into lizardmen. Please search for that. Search button. Top of every page, there to be used by all. Thanks. And Lat3rZ

Besides, we need to save some ideas for new monsters.  Maybe we can get a lizardman monster put in the game.

Klyros are move fish like if i remember right, and from what i remember there wont be any new races, lets get our current ones all skinned and useable first!

No real need to have Slith (from the Avernum series) type characters. Just choose to be a Klyros. ;)

I remember this quite well that Talad is not going to introduce any more playable races than we already have.

And there is a difference between Dwarves and Gnomes, but we have Stonebreakers and Hammerwielders, and  Stonebreakers are sorta Gnomish.

I would agree with John Thazer on that, the stonebreakers are kinda gnomish, and (no offence intended, apologies) the dwarf women look really gnomish.

Ah yes, Avernum. I spent hours playing that, then I found Planeshift and well, now I haven\'t touched Avernum in over six months. Hm. Yeah, I know, I\'m a geek.

I would also consider Klyros to be closest to amphibians, but close enough to be your \"lizard\" race COLDBLOOD. We are the coolest of course (except for lemurs perhaps).
