is this rpg like ff11?

hi,

im a ff fan and was playing ff11 for a little until expenses got to be to much.  ive been looking for a game that was alot like ff11.  so i just want to ask if anybody played ff11 and is this game just as fun as it?

Just as fun as it? Can\'t say...depends on your taste..and in my opinion FF11 can go burn in hell and never come back. Yes, that means that PS and FF11 are in two diffrent dimentions, far away, not alike...

.*star wars background music* In a galaxy far far away lived a bad bad evil CD called FF11*long interesting star wars like story*...And as the PS fighter closed in on the FF11star it shot the torpedoes, blowing up the FF11star and freeing the Rebel PS forces once and for all...

Indeed, Planeshift is really good, but you must keep in mind that it is far from complete. You will like this game, if:
1) You can live with the fact that at the moment most of the skills etc. are missing from the game (welp, gotta speak about the period before the wipe, since I have no idea what new there will be after it) ;)
2) You are RP orientated

RP oriented? LOL only 10% actually roleplays. And that 10% is even counting people who you will hardly find actually in the game.

It\'s alot more than 10%. The game is focused on the RP community anyway. Most powerlevelers find that PS is incomplete and get bored and go away (thankfully).
