Chars will get erased?

When the games gets into the more playable part, like we can do things, not just walk around in that central area. Will the Chars get erased so we can recreate them? Because i didnt know about that only 3 races right now....when the others become avaiable, can we recreate and choose them?

Aslo, What about the names? If there is a mass erase of all of them, to like, start fresh, will the names get erased? and it will be first come first serve in a sence of getting the names?

Or will the people who had thouse names, get to keep them?

In The next Update I think they will wipe the names.

Will we have a chance to have first dibs on our own names, or what?

There were more than 8000 names registered in the Planeshift Atomic Blue database before it was accidentally wiped out about a month ago.

Despite the fact that this time it was an accident, it will most definitely be wiped out again in the future as the game grows in complexity.

I don\'t know how we would give first preference to people for certain names after we wipe things out because we have no way to prove identity.
