races/classes character modles.

When i pick a few races in the game it says THE CHARACTER MODEL FOR THIS RACE ISNT READY or somthing like that then it says YOU CAN STILL USE THIS RACE BUT IT WILL BE IN THE FORM OF...a different race model thats avaible. Does  this happen to everyone?

Well if you are chosing Xacha, then that should happen, because the Xacha isn\'t ready yet. But all the other races should work just fine.

they dont for me...hmmm...wtf....what verson of PLANESHIFT should i have? and if i dont have the right verson can i still play PLANESHIFT? if anyone wants to help me u can IM me on AIM. my SN is WUGLENDEI ...or u can jus explain thru here...whatever is easier....it jus takes  alil while for people to reply..ill be watchin the boards all dayyy for replys..and be on aim all the time...

Those messages are normal. There\'s no problem here. Not all character models are made yet.

are you sure..im still worried that i have a not so updated verson. could i still be able to play PLANESSHIFT even if i didnt have all the updates? Im jus wondering cuz then i would kno if i really did or didnt have the updates..and people said all the models r done except for one...but i go tlike none...

This is happening to me too ITS SOOO ANNOYIN AND I WANT TO BE ANOTHER CLASS!!!the only one i can be is that demolion or whatever one and all the others says that the character is invalid AND I REALLY DONT WANNA BE THAT FIRST GUY!!!i reeeeeeally need help plz!

1. you can play ALL of the races.

2. some of them do not have their skins ready, so you will play with the skin of another race.

3. Current version is 3.011, and you need to have that version or else you cannot play PS.

and what classes are you people talking about!?

I was this bat like race..with wings...and it wouldnt let me customize my character model. I tried to change the head and waht not..i jus clicked the arrows but it didnt seem to work..why is this?

Not all races have skins, so it\'s quite logical that customization is not available yet. And it\'s not the most important thing on the to do list, and from what I know the Dev team is a little short on artist\'s

EDIT: although there are a few races where you can change the face, I think it is Ynwnn and Dermorian

just to put in my few trias worth, not all genders of races are ready either. you can update the game to the newest version by running the updater. not all customization parts work either. Wait a while, this game is good, but it is still being created. When you enter you will find the start of a new world. It will grow bigger over time. Grow with it and enjoy a game that you can say you were there when you could only do this and nothing else.

hm....could it be i couldnt use it cause its a demo cause my ps says tech demo...is that why i cant use other chars plus i do have v 3.011 well...actually it is v 0.3.011 maybe thats right i dont really know o well...
