Help - screen freeze

I have a strange problem. After the wipe and following update I have encountered, that everytime I or someone near me get engaged in a fight my screen freezes until the fight is over, and either me or my foe lies on the ground.
It can be so long as up to 40 seconds. I also have a huge delay when I use the command /who. I have a windows machine as well, without these problems.

I run on PowerMac G5, 2*1.8GHz, 1.5Mb RAM, ATI Radeon 9600,128MB graphic card and my connection is a 4Mbit.

Hoping someone has a clue, to what the reason may be, as I haven\'t read anyone else complaining

same thing happend to me.
if you have load all maps on tern of as some PC are getting this problem,and that is the cure.but i did not so i put game in trash dont wipe, dowload 3.0.10,yoused game update to update, swoped psset with one in trash. it worked fine after that.
had to redo shortcut buttons in game but worked fine
hope it works for you.
PS I tryed reinstalling latest drives for g/card did not work, radeon 9200/128.

Thanks for the tip - I tried it, and it worked allright. I don\'t know why, but what the h..., it\'s the result which counts. Thanks again.
